Today I've decided to highlight the eighth president of the United States of America, Martin Van Buren.

- Born Dec. 5, 1782
- Key organizer of the Democratic party
- Nicknamed by the Whig party as "Martin Van Ruin" *Snicker*
- Also nicknamed "Old Kinderhook" "The Log Cabin Democrat" "The Little Magician" and "The Red Fox of Kinderhook" due to his bright red hair and silliness *HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA*
- In his 1863 presidential campaign had fan clubs called "OK clubs" because of his nickname "Old Kinderhook"
- Is a leading nickname for my best friend Ruben because Buren spells Ruben if you switch the B and R. *SCORE!*
- Died July 24, 1862 of bronchial asthma
